    Two male actors age 30 or older are needed to perform the roles of Nero and Seneca in a reading of Octavia by Vittorio Alfieri to be staged by The Jason Miller Playwright's Project in late March.   • Encore: The Enchanted Island

    The Met: Live in HD presents the world premiere of a new opera featuring the lovers from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream shipwrecked on Prospero's island from The Tempest. The score incorporates music from more than 30 operas, cantatas, and oratorios by Handel, Vivaldi, Rameau, and other masters of the Baroque period. Phelim McDermott (Satyagraha) directs; William Christie conducts the orchestra. Approximate run time three hours, 30 minutes.
