Winter Lights Festival
The Ice Theater of NY, the Boundless Edge Dance Ensemble, Bond Street's fire jugglers, stilt walkers and mimes, and giant puppets of the Puppeteers Cooperative will work with festival organizers to present a new work in progress at this second annual mid-winter event.
