Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder: Student Art at the Everhart Museum

This exhibit of local student self-portraits is on display in conjunction with Posing Beauty in African American Culture. Following its display at the museum, the show will travel to the Ballina Arts Centre in Scranton's Sister City, Ballina in County Mayo, Ireland for exhibition later in 2012.

Everhart Museum
A not-for-profit institution dedicated to the collection, care and display of a diverse array of artifacts, including natural history, science and fine arts. The museum also contains a library with books pertaining to areas of interest covered by the collection. The changing exhibit schedule features a range of visual artworks- historic and contemporary- as well as exhibitions on loan from other prominent institutions.
